They messed up my father so bad to the point I couldnt even recognize him. To the point my family and I wanted to have a closed casket thats how bad my father looked. They also had to nerve to say thats how my father was when they picked my father up from the hospital. Thats a lie! because my mother and I were with my father when he passed away, my father looked absolutely fine. Also I called to make a payment she overcharged my card (even though she refunded me the money she overcharged) if she wasnt sure of the amount I said why wouldnt she ask to confirm the price I was paying before

I will never suggest this funeral home to anyone. I was so disappointed in there treatment of the grieving family. They rudely rushed everyone. I pray that other families don't go through the same experiences that we did
