Bellisimo Med Spa and Laser Center has been at the heart of Worcester County's total body and skin care for nearly 40 years. Its longevity alone speaks to the high-quality service and care that is provided to clients day in and day out at Bellisimo. Born and raised in Moscow Russia, Owner, Bella Krashenny, brought her passion and knowledge of beauty and skincare to the United States in 1981.
Before immigrating to America with her family, Bella earned a Nursing Degree from Moscow Medical School. After working as a Registered Nurse for two years, Bella returned to school and earned her graduate degree to become a Nurse Practitioner with a concentration in dermatology and plastic surgery.

He is a Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician, an Associate Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Physicians and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Ballenas is certified to offer treatments in the field of permanent hair reduction, photo skin rejuvenation, removal of pigmented and fine vascular lesions.
