We had springs break on our garage door. Our garage door is 16' x 7 and very, very heavy and couldn't be opened by hand.
Called North Shore Overhead Door and left a voicemail late morning. I received a call back from the owner within two hours and one of their service reps was at our house early that afternoon and replaced the springs. The owner asked me a series of questions to determine the spring was actually broken and that the service rep would have the right springs to complete the job. The service rep was knowledgeable, friendly, answered our questions and made quick work of the broken

Chris did a fantastic job at my house on the North Shore. We have a Yukon XL with an old style house and "short" garage. He was able to make a few adjustments and make it work seamlessly. He was on time and on budget. I would highly recommend.
