Dr. Steven Downs is proud to be the new owner of Villa Park Optometry. Founded 45 years ago, Dr. Steve recently purchased the practice in 2019 and is excited to serve this community for many years to come. He graduated with from Western University College of Optometry in 2018 and is an active member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), California Optometric Association (COA), and Orange County Optometric Society (OCOS).
