From the moment we walked in the door we were very impressed with Flow. The store is large, clean and superbly merchandised. The staff, led by Rachel, was absolutely the best. My wife and I were under some time pressure to find all the plumbing fixtures for our remodel. Rachel personally worked with us in a way that was really a joy. She sized up our needs quickly and steered us thru the many options efficiently. She was personable, easy going, knowledgeable, and patient. Her taste level is impeccable. My wife and I are not easy customers. We need a lot of information before making decisions, this

Working with Flow Kitchen & Bath Design Studio is an absolute pleasure, and this showroom is definitely worth the trip! Very knowledgeable, everyone at Flow took the time to confirm all the details, answering our questions, during the selection process, from purchasing, to the delivery. Then, magic happened, because it's a "happy dance" every time I do the dishes! I LOVE this faucet!!!! Thank you!
