Their lawn fertilization and weed control service had significantly gotten worse over the last several years to the point where they had to assure us that they would take care of any areas that were not treated at our multi-acre golf center before we gave them the contract for 2017. After their treatment there was a 30 ft wide area extending several hundred feet running down the center of our fairway that they completely missed for weed control. Fairfield's estimate seemed great UNTIL the actual work had to be done. Their idea of cleaning up a red maple is remove 10 small branches (1.5" diameter) for $500 on a 20 foot tree. They get an extra star only for the work on my pin oak, but they left one branch that hovers over top a portion of my house, they said they would remove no charge but they never came back. They also conveniently did the work when I wasn't home, then stuck us for a hefty bill for a half a$$ed job. If you don't live in a new construction $400,000 home, don't bother calling them.

We had a great experience with Fairfield. They designed and installed a new landscaping job for us. We had several quotes from area landscaping companies and felt Fairfield was the best value for the money so we went with them. They were very knowledgeable, worked within our budget and we're really happy with the results. Highly recommend them!
