About Our Building

The Cadre Building is a 36,000-square-foot historic landmark that features an elegant 13,000-square-foot grand ballroom with an overlooking 2,500-square-foot mezzanine. Built in 1928, our rooms are complete with a classic look, accented with brilliant crystal chandeliers, intricately crafted columns detailed with hand-painted, gold-leaf molding and champagne-hued drapery.

At The Cadre Building, there are no hidden fees. We have no charge for setup, breakdown or cleanup for your event. Also, your event reservation includes a walk-through with our staff a month prior to your event in order to finalize an event diagram and ensure your event will be perfect. In addition, we offer a variety of options to purchase for your parking needs, such as pre-paid parking in a nearby garage or valet service at our front door.
Our Staff
Report
Betsy has been the Director of Sales for The Cadre Building since January of 2014. She is your first point of contact and handles the sales and advertising processes for the building and leads site visits of the space. Betsy walks clients through the online reservation system, handles all bar and rentals quotes, and is in charge of client billing and anything financial.
