Dr. Chad was born and raised in the small town of Oglesby, Illinois. It did not take long for Chad to find his passions in life which include sports, health, wellness and family. These passions led Dr. Chad to become a Fitness Physical Education instructor, Athletic Director and Coach for children at the elementary and high school levels.
