Approximately eleven years ago had all new windows installed at my house. Several years ago began noticing that the center piece where the grids crossed was fading yellow while the grids remanded white. While at the home show last year I spoke to a sales person about the issue and they took down my information. Was told they would call me soon about the issue. The next week the sales person called about sitting up a time to have someone come to inspect the windows (the cynic in me did not think I would hear from them). All the problem windows were replaced at no cost to me and a year later still

We purchased our home over 8 years ago. Its current windows were in terrible shape, some had been painted and sealed shut, which was a safety hazard. We'd installed new windows at our former house using Atlas Siding & Windows. Our parents had also used them for windows. We decided to call them again for 19 replacements. They look great and I appreciate the safety features and locks. The windows can also be tilted inward to clean the outside (no need to hire a window washer!). Recently I decided to replace our screen doors. One was broken, one I wanted a version that included a screen

Few years ago we had atrium door installed. We had too call them every year to come back to our house and check our door. Water came under our door and our carpeting got really wet! They would send a guy out on a motorcycle and he would put in a new threshold every time. That never fixed the problem! This past year I have called every month. I leave messages. No one ever returns my calls. Receptionist either says they are on vacation or she will have someone call me. They never do call bk. Now they aren't even answering the phone!! Bad business to deal with. I would not recommend

Atlas does great work and stands behind their product. All of the staff are top notch and take pride in their work. I have used them for years for personal and business needs and trust whatever they do for me is going to be done right. Their follow up and customer service is phenomenal.

I would not recommend doing business with Atlas. If you do decide to use them make sure you read the back of the contract. They can back out of the job at any time. They kept my deposit for nearly 6 months and then decided they were not going to make enough of a profit on the job and cancelled. Be aware a contract means very little to this company.
