New to town, never tried Eston's before, and they did not disappoint! The cake itself was so light and fluffy, and the proportions of raspberry puree and mouse to cake was perfect. The frosting was just sweet enough, and not sickly sweet like some grocery store cakes. Absolutely perfect. We will be back!

The focus at Eston's is quality and taste. Chef Esterson is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and is pleased to be serving his desserts to the Toledo area since 1987. He uses natural ingredients, like fresh eggs and cream, real fruit, nuts, and chocolates. All of the products are prepared locally at our own Toledo Bakery.

Our fabulous Chocolate Supreme Cake has 7 layers, 4 layers of our signature scratch made chocolate cake, and 3 layers of rich chocolate fudge and chocolate ganache mousse. This delicacy is made with all-natural ingredients, including real heavy cream, real butter, and exclusively uses Belgium's finest chocolate!
