I dealt with Ronny Gregory, who went over and beyond. My new Corvette came in missing the rear spoiler that the dealer was supposed to install. The holes were pre-cut at the factory. Ronny discovered, on the day that I was flying in, that the spoiler was sitting at a business awaiting delivery. He drove to the business and personally picked it up. He then had two installation guys stop what they were doing and quickly install it right before I arrived. This totally made my day. All the paperwork was ready to go and the purchase only took a few minutes. Ronny then took his time making sure that
