Aikido is a unique martial art which offers a way of creating balance when presented with conflict. The attack of an opponent is redirected. This allows for no harm to come to yourself or your opponent, creating harmony in place of fighting. Aikido is a martial art and a highly effective defense against any kind of attack, yet it embodies a way of living and looking at the world that increases self-awareness and respect for others.

Our Dojo

Our dojo is celebrating its 13th year of Aikido training in Winter Springs/Casselberry, Florida. We hold the privilege of being the only United States Aikido Federation (USAF) dojo in the Orlando area, under the direction of Sensei Yoshimitsu Yamada - Shihan, direct student of the founder of Aikido, O'Sensei Morihei Ueshiba.
Adult Classes

Classes for all ages, abilities and levels. We are a United States Aikido Federation Dojo, under the direction of Yoshimitsu Yamada Shihan (direct student of O'Sensei Morehei Ueshiba), and welcome students from any Aikido style to train with us. See you on the mat! Our classes offer professional instruction in a positive and safe environment.
Kids Classes

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check back for updates and feel free to call for information. We are accepting kids ages 12 & up into the adult training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm. We believe that the principles we learn on the mat in Aikido; self-discipline, mutual respect, co-operation, compassion, leadership, and respect for those who are willing to lead, guide, and teach us, are principles for a balanced life.
