I have no complaints other than maintenance takes a while to fix things but other than that its great here. Ive already recommended 2 people here and they love it.

I've lived here for a few months. After living at other apartment complexes I can say fairways five is a great place to live. The staff are friendly, maintenance does work quickly, the units are nice, it's QUIET, a decent pool, and great location.

I recently moved out with no complaints. I notified the office in advance I would not be renewing my lease to be closer to my new job. I talked to Anthony and when it came time to move out everything went smoothly. After reading some reviews I wanted to wait until I receive my deposit back before posting mine. All I can say is I have no idea what was wrong with other peoples cases but in mine it went exactly how it should have gone.

Ever since I moved in I been dealing with flea problems & dont have any pets or ever owned one , theres even flea worms all by my sink I keep getting them to spray & they question me like I know whats going on , when they need to be the ones to tell me , its been a problem since I moved in & I dont have any pets . My daughter & my skin is ruined, Im a entertainer and cant even work my skin is so horrible from flea bites but wants to make sure rent is paid before they fix the problem
