Questions
What types of vehicle wraps do you offer?
We provide full wraps, partial wraps, color change wraps, chrome deletes, racing stripes, and specialty finishes like carbon fiber and brushed metal. All wraps use premium vinyl materials with UV protection and warranties.
Do you offer commercial branding solutions?
Yes, we create custom fleet graphics, storefront signage, and interior vinyl branding for businesses. Our designers work with your existing brand assets to create cohesive marketing materials that enhance brand visibility.
How long does paint protection film last?
Our premium PPF installations last 10+ years with proper care. The self-healing film resists scratches and chemical etching while maintaining optical clarity to protect your vehicle's original paint finish.
Can window tint be removed?
Yes, our professional-grade tints can be cleanly removed without damaging glass. Commercial films typically last 10-15 years before needing replacement, while automotive tints maintain clarity for 5+ years.
What's the warranty on ceramic coatings?
We offer 5-year warranties on professional ceramic coating applications. The nano-ceramic layer forms a permanent bond with paint surfaces but requires proper maintenance to maintain hydrophobic properties and protection.
How long does installation take?
Most vehicle wraps take 2-5 days depending on complexity. Window tinting requires 1-2 days for full vehicle coverage. Commercial projects are scheduled based on scope and typically completed within a week.

I had my 2017 Infiniti Q60 wrapped. I have been to this place previously for a roof wrap too. Both times I had great service, quality results, honest opinions, realistic offers, respect, and many more things I can include on the list. The team at Pristine Wraps Co valued my time and provided an extensive overview to allow the job to be done. Many places in the Charlotte, NC do not compare to here; this place is a true vehicle wrapping company and knows how to run the show to knock the competition. They take great pride in their work day in and day out. In the future, I will definitely be coming

Second time going here I should have learned my lesson the first time. My tint is horrific. Dust, hair and bubbles all in the tint. Asked Chad the owner and he said "give it more time in the sun" 2 weeks later and still horrible. Chad then said he would send the mobile crew to fix it then he said I would have to come back to the shop. I am done wasting my time there. He said he would give me a refund but I have to pay someone to take their shoddy tint off. AVOID this place.

The guys put my companys name and number on our vehicle and did a fantastic job. Hands down best service in Charlotte. I would recommend them to anyone looking for advertising or wraps on their vehicles. They treat you like family and charge you like family. The pricing was very fair and our service was done when they said it would be. We cannot express our gratitude enough towards their professionalism.
