Megan and James have done a ton of work to bring the property up. We moved in the apartments in March of 2020. With in the first week of being here we had two managers. We had made up our minds we were only going to stay 6 months. Then Megan got the property manager position and James came on and
both have benefited the property so much. The changes have been amazing if we have a problem it is taking care of immediatly. If it's not we are updated on what is going on. We agreed we would stay as long as Megan is in the managment position. The property feels so much safer. We love it.

Both the owners and management team at Riverwood Apartments truely care about the residents. They continue to make upgrades and necessary improvements. They are very responsive to the residents needs and requests. I would highly recommend this property.

Since new management has taken over, there has been a ton of improvement! Any maintenance issues are taken care of very quickly and the updated interiors really make it feel like home after a long day of work. I would definitely recommend checking out Riverwood!
