Only people who have experienced severe food allergies and dietary restrictions can fully understand the strain that these conditions put on a family. Every meal or snack requires research. Whole aisles of the supermarket are "off limits." Eating out is no longer a "simple pleasure." Blooming Lotus Bakery was born out of my family's life-long struggle with dietary issues and the wish to provide safe, healthy food for everyone.

At Blooming Lotus Bakery, our mission is to make gourmet, high-protein, low-carbohydrate, nutrient-dense baked goods for health-conscious customers. And make them delicious. We are a vegan bakery and our products are free of many of the most common food allergens. We carefully source every ingredient, using certified-organic ingredients whenever possible.

Our items are naturally gluten-free, heart healthy and diabetic friendly. Because Blooming Lotus Bakery uses nut flours and seed flours, our products have two to four times the protein and fiber content of current products on the market. You can call in the morning to reserve the pastries of the day.

We do a wide range of specialty cakes: wedding cakes, sheet cakes, children's birthday cakes, Barbie cakes and cookie cakes. Call us (414-212-8010) or come in to discuss your event! All of our cakes are free of grain, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, yeast, oils and cane sugar products. We use fresh fruits, unsweetened applesauce and unsweetened dried fruits and orange juice.
