Services
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy helps clients process traumatic memories through guided bilateral stimulation. This evidence-based approach effectively treats anxiety, PTSD, and addiction-related trauma by reprocessing distressing experiences. Our certified clinicians integrate EMDR with cognitive-behavioral techniques to restore emotional stability and reduce symptoms.
Substance Abuse Treatment
Our ASAM Level 1 outpatient program combines individual counseling, group therapy, and motivational enhancement to address alcohol and drug dependencies. State-certified evaluations determine appropriate care levels, while personalized treatment plans target underlying issues like codependency and trauma to support long-term recovery.
Anger Management
Structured counseling sessions help clients identify anger triggers and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Through cognitive-behavioral techniques, we address relationship impacts and teach stress-reduction strategies to prevent destructive outbursts and improve interpersonal dynamics.
Mental Health Evaluation
Licensed professionals conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and create targeted treatment plans. These evaluations examine emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns to guide effective interventions for depression, anxiety, and other disorders.
Shoplifting Prevention
Court-approved programs address the psychological factors behind compulsive theft through self-awareness exercises and decision-making training. This restorative justice approach helps first-time and repeat offenders understand consequences, build self-esteem, and prevent future offenses.

I've been going to counseling here for a few months and have noticed such a positive change in my relationship and self esteem. Ms. Wood really listens to you and makes you feel understood and gives you the information and tools you need to help overcome certain obstacles you may face. I highly recommend Ms. Wood and the rest of her staff here!

Worst place ever. I wouldn't recommend going here. All they care about is money. I didn't go there one time and they still charged me $80 even though I didn't go. They Will evaluate you wrong and make you do classes just for money. They will charge you for anything they can. I would recommend going to another place in winder.

So my son had got himself into some trouble with the law and was required to do a drug and alcohol and mental evaluation. This place was recommended by his probation officer. BIG MISTAKE. When I took him in Valerie, the lady who ran this facility took him in and I went outside to wait. I figured he would be there an hour or 2. 10 minutes later he comes out looking very upset. He handed me the paper she gave him and had determined that he was drug dependent and a drug addict. Mind you this was in 10 minutes. No drug screen no nothing. Just asked him a bunch of questions, no conversation and said
