Services
Tubular Skylights
Our Solatube tubular skylights deliver maximum natural light with minimal installation disruption. These systems use advanced optical technology to channel sunlight through reflective tubes, brightening interior spaces while maintaining ceiling integrity. Ideal for kitchens, hallways, and bathrooms, they reduce electric lighting needs by up to 80% during daylight hours.
Skylight Replacement
Professional skylight replacement services address cracked seals, fogged glass, and outdated designs. Our certified technicians remove old units and install energy-efficient models with improved insulation properties. The process includes precise measurements, waterproof flashing installation, and interior finish restoration for seamless integration.
Whole House Fans
Solatube whole house fans provide energy-efficient cooling by drawing fresh air through open windows while expelling hot air through attic vents. These systems reduce reliance on air conditioning by up to 90%, maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures while improving air circulation throughout residential structures.
Attic Ventilation
Solar-powered attic fans prevent heat buildup in roof spaces by continuously exhausting hot air. This reduces cooling costs, extends roof lifespan, and prevents moisture-related damage. Our installations include durable, weather-resistant units that operate efficiently in various roof configurations without increasing electricity bills.
Garage Ventilation
Our garage ventilation solutions remove fumes, heat, and humidity from automotive and workshop spaces. Available in solar and electric models, these high-capacity fans maintain air quality while preventing temperature extremes. Installations include proper roof mounting and weatherproofing to ensure long-term performance in commercial and residential garages.

Report
Came to fix the condensation one of my solar tubes lights. It was >10 years old and weather damaged. All fixed up, while he was up there, he cleaned the other domes and checked the seals. Great guy, professional and now lots more light! (I have 3, love them.) I thinking about getting one of the solar run attic fans next.
