Our Fleet
Report
Our Aircraft Checkout procedures include completing a written questionnaire for each make and model aircraft you wish to rent. You may download the Aircraft Questionnaire (Fixed Gear) or Aircraft Questionnaire (Retractable Gear) here on the website. After you complete the questionnaire, you will fly with one of our instructors as needed to be comfortable and competent in the aircraft.
Flight Training
Report
Your journey begins at Chester County Aviation, with an unparalleled, state of the art training program. You will learn in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere with knowledgeable, accommodating instructors. We feature the newest revelation in flight training - an interactive, on-line curriculum - an industry trend setter.
Private Pilot
Report
The Private Pilot certificate is similar to obtaining a driver's license and will allow you to fly most anywhere in the country, day or night, in good weather. To obtain the Private Pilot Certificate, the FAA requires a minimum of 40 hours of flight time, at least 20 of which must be with an authorized instructor.
Instrument Rating
Report
The instrument rating opens up a new dimension of flying for the private pilot. Low clouds and precipitation may no longer prevent you from flying to your destination. Again, a structured curriculum is used for your training, with the Instrument - Web Based Instruction course (I-WBI) from Cessna. Ground training is accomplished by self-study with the I-WBI and support from your instructor.
Commercial Pilot
Report
Your Cleared for Hire Online Course is a complete ground school & flight training prep course rolled into one. You'll see expert video demonstrations of every maneuver you will fly along with clear explanations of how to perform them yourself. 250 hours of flight time, 100 hours of which must be in powered aircraft, and 50 must be in airplanes.
