Imagine the worst apartment complex in existence. Its your lucky day! You found it. This place has it all. Its so embarrassingly bad, I dont know where to start. Dirty when moved in. Checkmark. Ant infestation. Checkmark. Management incompetence. Checkmark. Charged for cleaning and other b.s. fees. Checkmark. Maintenance nowhere to be found after multiple reports. Checkmark. Neighbor who fries catfish multiple times a week. Checkmark. I cant believe there is no study conducted on this place. I believe I have enough teaching material for a whole semester. Its a magical place. I will

I have very much enjoyed living at the Meadows these past six years. I really felt like this was home. I always felt safe here, and I was surrounded by nice buildings, courtyards and neighbors. Due to a life change, I had to leave, but leave with nothing but gratitude and fond memories.

When we first came to these apartments to look at them we were so happy! They were the cutest apartment we thought we could raise our daughter in. Little did we know they only show you the front apartment near the office because its the nicest one. Prior to moving in our move out date kept getting pushed in a way I wish it was pushed out longer knowing what we had to deal with when we moved in. The assistant manager Loni didnt have good communication WHATSOEVER. She did not do a walk though of the apartment before move in other wise she would have noticed chips along every wall, it was completely

I really like the Management here .. Brittany Sullivan and Adrianane Peters are great, always helpful ! They work hard to make sure this property is a nice place to live .. Vincent head of maintenance and is one of the hardest working men I have ever met ..

The office and maintenance staff is super nice. They really came through for me when I had a time conflict with my furniture coming earlier than I was supposed to my keys, but they made it work for me I got my keys right when they showed up and everything went great. My only gripe is the parking at night not enough spaces and people need to learn how to park properly. Other than that awesome experience.would recommend to anyone.
