Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

I have lived here at longridge apts a little over 2 years. My husband and i love it so much we recently upgraded to a larger apartment. The staff is awesome, always friendly, professional and on time with inquires. The location is perfect and easy access to stores, interstate, and restaurants. What i love most is the layout of the community, and size, it's not to small and not to big. Very friendly, and i feel safe here. The awesome trees are at the top of my list also, just gives it that "I'm home feeling. Need not say more, we love living here.

I have been living here for two years and have had no problems. Maintenance is fast and gets the job done. Pest control sprays frequently. When my roof was damaged due to Hurricanes Delta and Laura, it was repaired in a timely fashion. I just wished that the inside ceiling sheetrock would've been replaced but I have no more leaks. I feel safe here.

I just recently moved here from a horrible experience with my last apartments. Moving here is a breath of fresh air. The open communications about work orders and whats going on around the complex is great. And it's quite. Being a college student and mom I need my peace. Now I think I finally after 3 years and 2 apartments 1house later have found my home til graduation.

I have lived here at the Longridge Apartments for over 10 years & have enjoyed it. The apartments are very spacious & my floor plan has a separate laundry room! The walk-in closets are very big & there are two hall closets also. Bathrooms are large with garden tubs. The complex is quiet & well kept. The buildings were painted several years ago. I would like to see the buildings power-washed in the near future

I just recently moved here 6/18/2021, the office staff was very nice and the apartments are nice and quiet and very spacious….. BUT!!!!!! They have a very large infestation problem that is out of control…. I do not know when the last time pest control did their job….. The ROACHES HAVE TAKEN OVER…I’m starting think I need to break my lease already cause the roaches are bad…. Wish I could add pictures
