Mills Property Management is a family owned property management company. Our roots grew from the H.E. Mills Construction Company founded in 1949 by Harvey Mills. While working in the family business, Mary Jo Minor, CEO of Mills Property Management, identified a need for professional property management services to meet the growing demand for well managed apartments and homes in eastern South Dakota.

Providing us with as much information as possible, enables us to resolve the issue in a timely and efficient manner. The following are examples of emergency maintenance situations: fire (call 911 first); no heat; major water leak and sewer backups.
