We can take automatic payments wired to our trust account, no more hassle with writing checks. A 20% deposit is required to hold the property, this will be added to your deposit balance due if the lease is signed, otherwise, forfeit. Gas and Electricity must be transferred into the renter's name prior to occupancy, we suggest calling to get on the schedule about 15 prior to move in.

You will be provided with a lock box combination or description of the key placement in the confirmation packet that is sent out via email as soon as your booking is complete. If you cancel outside of 60 days your deposit will be debited for a $50.00 cancellation fee. Any pre-paid lodging fees will be refunded.
Long Term Rentals

Furnished 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom. Upon entering you find yourself in the living room, there is a wood burning fireplace and plenty of seating. The dining room and fully equipped kitchen are at the back of the unit and from there you have a lovely view of the meadow. There is a deck off of the dining area where you can BBQ or just relax.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES: Rentals begin at 4:00 PM on arrival day and terminate at 10:00 AM on departure day. Your keys will be in the lockbox located near the front door of your rental property, or under the front door mat. The lockbox code will be given in your reservation package. A: If you cancel outside of 60 days your deposit will be debited for a $50.00 cancellation fee.
