Dr. Chavez graduated from the Universidad de San Martin de Porres in Lima, Peru, in 2001. He completed his family practice residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston from 2004-2007, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Vocal graduated from the University of Ottawa in Ontario and completed his family medicine residency at Ottawa General Hospital and the University of Ottawa in Ontario, Canada.
