Linder Security was so easy to work with on our security system install. We had an outdated system from a national agency and we were looking to update and enhance our current system. Linder did both. They were professional from our initial contact to final install. I would highly recommend them.

TERRIBLE (in fact I'd say non existent) customer service. NOT what you want to have in a home security company. I would not recommend them at all. Non-responsive for long periods of time and then rude when they do respond.

Run from this company. We used them for 15 years always assuming the service was working in the background. We tested the alarm after a spate of break-ins in the neighborhood and found it was not reporting to the monitoring service or 911. We alerted them to the problem. The service technician came out and told us we needed to upgrade to the "newest" service and the system was not working because we hadn't upgraded. The company thought it was unreasonable for me to suggest that they might have told us we needed to upgrade. Not only did they blame us for the problem, they wanted to charge us 160
