Great follow-up. They (particularly Jordan Chon) did great in what may have become a bad situation. I bought two swing-arm wall lamps and installed both. One worked but the other didn't. They replaced the one that did not work and got in contact with the manufacture's rep to provide me with hints on what could be causing the problem. It all worked with the least amount of hassle possible.

I came in here looking to spend money, happy to support a local business. When I walked in, I noticed the customer service area and told the person behind the counter "I'm looking for a lamp for my home office." He hesitated in response before saying, "Yeah they're just spread all throughout" and offered nothing more. From his tone, it was clear that what he was really saying was "I can't be bothered to help you or get off my chair and this is not worth my time or effort."
I left without spending any money.
