Critical:Professionalism,Responsiveness
I have an order that has only been minimally filled and they are not responding to voicemails or emails. They aren't even responding to me through social media. I'm literally waiting on thousands of dollars in product that they can't provide an answer for? This is ridiculous.

Brilliant Studios is simply the best; as an artist, I use their services primarily for scanning my paintings for reproduction into limited edition prints. Quality of everything is outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone who is serious about exceptional craftsmanship and service.
