Becoming a Tenant

Upload picture of valid identification (driver's license, Military, or state ID) to the application. Upload Income verification (copy of most recent pay stub; or if self-employed, copy of most recent tax return)to the application. 24 months of satisfactory rental history on a lease or mortgage with no evictions in the past 7 years.

Your property manager will perform a rental evaluation identifying the current rental value of your property along with any maintenance or improvements needed prior to putting the property on the rental market. What if rent payment is late? The rent is due on the 3rd of the month. On the morning of the 4th if we haven't received their rent, we automatically send the tenant a 3-day notice of failure to pay rent which is an eviction notice and we also send you a notice. This generally prompts them into action right away.
