Our founder, Fred Kamp, and his wife, Glee, started Freddy's in 2004. It started as a fish fry house offering fish and chips and chowder. Owning a fish and chips restaurant had been a dream of Fred's. He only expected to catch a little bit of local interest, but soon was busier than he had expected.
