Dr. Rohwer is a practical dentist with a sweet tooth and a sweet heart. He has practiced dentistry since 1998 with a philosophy of compassion and treating patients based on their goals and desires. He won't preach to you about never eating something sweet and having fun because he likes a tasty treat and enjoying life.

Most crowns are performed using a CAD/CAM milling machine called a CEREC. There are beautiful full porcelain crowns done to match the color and shape of your teeth and to look natural. They are done in a single visit, which means to temporary crown is needed, nor is there a need for a messy dental impression.

I had an appointment for a basic teeth cleaning and I waited for 60 minutes without getting my appointment. Receptionist was nice, Doctor was nice, but the customer service was poor. I told the Officer Manager that I needed to leave and she replied, "OK, I'll bill your insurance". I replied, "for what?". She insisted, "for your exam". I told her that I didn't get an exam and that I was waiting for 60 minutes, she snidely remarked, "fine, we won't bill you".

Most of my reviews are negative. I tend to write reviews to complain about faulty products or services because I feel other consumers should be aware of what to avoid.
This review is 110% positive. I have been a patient of Dr. Gombert's for five years off and on. He is absolutely the most honest, caring and trustworthy dentist I have ever met. I have lived all over the world, and had a lot of dental work done. This guy is by far the best.

I loved my experience at this dental office! Everyone was really nice and explained everything to me pretty clearly. Grace cleaned my teeth and she was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. I have been struggling with jaw clenching in my sleep the last few months and I was fully informed of what I can do to help this problem. I am very appreciative of everyone there and I'm glad I found a great dentist.

Thanks Yelp! I found Parkside Dental on here a few years ago after having a horrible experience with another office. The entire staff is great and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rohwer and Grace. Now I'm not going to say that going to the dentist is an amazing experience, but this is as good as it gets.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Rohwer and his staff. I have always been afraid of the dentist, but NO MORE. My visit to get a new crown was painless, and Dr. Rohwer was friendly and reassuring through the whole process. They make sure you know what is going on in every aspect of your visit from your appointment times to procedures to billing. I will definitely be a patient for years to come, and will be bringing my family, as well.

We love, love, love Dr. Dean and his staff! We couldn't be happier with Parkside Dental Health. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and the utmost professionalism! My daughter was afraid of the dentist because she had a very bad experience with a prior one, but Dr. Dean put her at ease, explained what he was doing, was very gentle and was so incredibly patient with her gag reflex! We will for sure only go to Parkside Dental Health from this point on! Thank you Dr. Dean and staff, we will see you soon!

I had my 6 month checkup/cleaning at Parkside Dental Health/Dr. Rohwer, and I'm happy to report my teeth are stunning! :-) I am quite pleased with DR. I have been to several dentists over the years but Dr. Rohwer and his office staff are by far the best. I highly recommend that anyone looking for an outstanding dental experience should make an appointment with Dr. Rohwer. He and his staff are professional and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. It is so nice to walk into an office and be treated like a friend not just a number. So do yourself a favor and give them a call.

When I moved back to Arizona a few years back, I tried to find a good dentist, even through referrals from friends and family.
Finally, I found Dr. Blocher, a great Dentist and would recommend him highly. He is competent, a communicator, reasonable, and doesn't pressure his patients. And, the hygienist I have is great too; she goes easy on me and doesn't lecture me too much on flossing and brushing. (Even when I know I deserve it.)
This dentist is great, with a great staff.

My whole family has been going to Dr Rohwer for about 5 years now, and I can't say enough good things about him, his practice and the whole experience. As other reviewers have mentioned, the office is beautiful. The entire staff are so friendly and nice. I primarily interact with Grace, my hygienist and Dr Rohwer, who are both wonderful. In terms of quality of service, they are top notch, providing gentle, quality dental care. Also, we've had a couple times where we thought some teeth needed to be pulled for one of my daughters, but he said the teeth were fine and could wait to work

I'm from out of town and am staying in the area for work for several weeks, and I cracked a filling that needed to be repaired immediately. Dr. Rohwer saw me the first thing the next morning. He repaired the filling during the same exam appointment, and I paid a very reasonable price. He and his staff were friendly, warm, and accommodating. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone.
