I always get a live person when I call River Run. As an Network Admin I turn to my River Run team for tier four support and I know that if it is important to me it is important to them. I litterally have their number in my phone as "consider it done"

I had the pleasure of being introduced to River Run while I served on the technology committee and Board of a small private school in the Milwaukee area. They acquired our vendor, who had been in the middle of an implementation that had had a few issues. River Run took over the project and put in extra effort at their expense to finish the project and build a solid relationship with us as a customer, even though we weren't a large organization or opportunity. Very happy to have worked with them and can wholeheartedly recommend.

I have over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and have been associated with River Run Computers for over a decade, a large part of it in their employment (in the interest of full disclosure) and now as a client who uses their RSVP and consulting services. Very few consulting firms can match River Run's dedication and singular focus to making sure the networks under their care are kept "up and running". They excel in client service and always provide professional services of a very high standard. I would highly recommended River Run to anybody looking for a partner to install/troubleshoot
