First and foremost, let us know what kind of artwork that you need so that we can really get started. We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PNG, PDF) for maximum quality with high resolution and 300 DPI minimum. If this isn't possible - don't worry! We can still help, but we have to admit that it may affect overall quality.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.
