They seem nice but cannot help if you require surgery. So, l felt what ls the point doing anything here, when there are plenty of viable dermatologist centers that can do the surgeries

The P.A. was helpful and very knowledgeable with my concerns. She spoke fast because she knew her line of work but I don't know the lingo & I tried to get some questions in at the same time. She left to write down what she discussed and I was hoping she'd return but the assistant did. I still had additional questions to ask and felt as if my time was up. It felt as if my appointment had a time limit of 6 minutes. All in all my visit was good however, I'd like to not feel rushed or feel like another number.

WHAT A JOKE!!! I made an appointment at this location and 20 minutes before I was leaving to get there, they called to say that my insurance wasn't accepted. I made another appointment with a different doctor there and asked that they verify my insurance that day, which they did, saying that all was well. The morning of my appointment, I received a note verifying the time and the location. I took off work and arrived early. 45 minutes later I was called only to be told that my insurance was not accepted!! I will NEVER recommend this place. What a way to run a business!!!

I set an appointment to discuss a dishydrotic condition on my hands. I explained the only thing that has worked was a short round of steroids. The PA told me I have dry hands and wanted to prescribe the same topical steroidal cream I have already used with no success. I showed him the previous prescription. He told me to mix it with lotion because my hands were dry. I explained that I had tried three different steroidal creams and that it wouldn't work. Long story short he was no help at all. Why doesn't the medical profession listen to their patients. Not everyone requires a text book

Horrible dermatologist who don't know what their doing! We've taken our son here 5 times already for what should have been a simple one time procedure. First procedure they burnt the wart but a few weeks later it was not healing. He was told to go back to get looked at again which they charged him for the follow up visit. While there they froze the wound and told him to come back for follow up check.

One month later still in pain and not healing properly he went again and they froze it again and charged him again! He was asked to go in a fourth time for follow up and my son was still having discomfort

I waited 55 min to be called in to see PA and not the done that I havent seen him over a year since he opened his second clinic in Rancho. Looks like I should start for another doctor. By the way waited 20 more minutes to see PA in the exam room

My daughter developed warts on her feet and we came here for treatment. Both P.A. Bryan and P.A. Christine were awesome. Very gentle and informative. Talia and Susanna work in the front are pleasant and made appointments and billing easy breezy. They have been good and reasonable about a wait time with an appointment. We have been coming for a couple months and each time have been a pleasant experience.
