I was there to clear up a recall situation and everything was done in a timely manner and met all my expectations. They also included a video of the inspection of my vehicle after the recall work was done. That video was emailed the same afternoon. That was a first for me, I have never had that service in all the years of dealing with car repairs. Well Done, Thanks

The representative at Wilson Ford, was extremely helpful, nice and professional. They took care of everything I needed. Their pricing was significantly cheaper ( the quality and care is the same ) than any other Ford dealership. I will definitely continue to use Wilson Ford, and recommend them to anybody needing to get their vehicle worked on.

Lynette is the best! She always takes such good care of me and my car. She makes sure my concerns are addressed and the work gets done right. I always appreciate the good cleaning they give my car as well. Thats such a nice final touch.
