Dr. John Haag received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Minnesota in 1992. Dr. Haag is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and received additional training at the University of Minnesota for Oral and IV Conscious Sedation allowing Creekview Dental to be a Certified Sedation Center.

We can provide Implant Dentistry, 3D/2D Imaging and Sedation Dentistry to your patients on a referral basis. Optimal implant results are achieved by utilizing the Sirona XG 3D with CEREC integration. This new approach to implantology allows for simultaneous prosthetic and surgical planning. Sedation Dentistry is quite helpful for patients with dental anxiety or severe gag reflex.
