When I graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1987, my wife and I decided that Cedar Park would be a great place to live, work, and raise our children. That was one of the best decisions we ever made. It is an incredible honor to serve the people of this community, but I made a promise that family would always come first.
