911 Restoration's Project Manager David Pfistner is a true professional. He's pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, articulate. He gave him me a clear understanding of the steps necessary to dry and remove 2 ceilings. As a home owner I was horrified by this problem. But David's calm manner and obvious experience reassured me immediately. He has a very efficient, polite team working with him. He left my rooms in excellent shape as he headed out this afternoon. I contacted these guys to help me with a bathroom mold I was having. I was concerned because me and the wife have our kids in there. I didn't think it was possible to clean this mess up but they did. Excellent service from Kevin the manager and the crew made it go away. Awesome. Couldn't be happier.

If I could choose zero stars, I would do that. Kevin, the Project Manager, is incredibly unprofessional, doesn't return phone calls, and doesn't do things he says he will do. I would not recommend Kevin or 911 Restoration to a homeless shelter as I'm sure they'd even ignore their needs if the place had water damage or needed their help. Worst customer service I've come across in years. Do not use this company.

Wasn't happy with the company some of my things(jewelry) went missing while they were cleaning up, when called about it they would just tell me someone would get back to me.
