Our mission is to improve the literacy levels of San Antonio's adult population through individualized curricula and one-on-one tutoring. Your contribution will help adults with low literacy improve reading, writing, math, language and computer skills. These important skills allow San Antonio citizens to better themselves, their families and the communities where they live.

Your support of a one time, or monthly reoccurring donation will help us provide much-needed services to our local community. Our programs are designed to address the needs of many different kinds of learners. Courses are self-paced to focus on the progress of the individual learner and are offered through both one-on-one and small group instruction.
Services
About
Report
Our vision is to enable functionally illiterate, out-of-school teens and adults to reach their educational and personal goals and to strengthen those who are economically and socially disadvantaged. During the next several weeks an increasing number of people came by for assistance. It quickly became apparent there was a need beyond simple tax preparation.
The Impact
Report
Since our founding in 2004, Each One Teach One has proudly served more than 1,000 adults in the San Antonio area. Between our two locations we serve an average of 85 students a week with almost 5,000 hours of service donated annually by our volunteers. For me, the payoff has been the growth of our relationship and doing something to help another with no expectation or desire for anything in return.
