This project consists of a four-story, 91-Key (Room) Hotel in Visalia, Ca. Construction is Type V-A with 50,300 square feet. Construction is wood framed with wood shearwalls on a concrete mat foundation. Special care was taken to limit the use of structural steel on the project resulting in some challenging wood-to-wood connection design.
