How do I place and confirm an order?
Contact us via phone, email, or in person with your event details. A 50% deposit is required within 10 days, with the balance due one week before your event.
Do you deliver outside Grand Rapids?
Yes, we deliver statewide. Local deliveries in Grand Rapids cost $120, while out-of-town fees depend on mileage. Contact us for a quote.
Can I pick up equipment myself?
Most items can be self-picked up and returned. Tents and dance floors require professional installation and must be delivered by our crew.
Are colored linens more expensive?
No, linen prices depend on material and size, not color. White and colored linens of the same size cost the same.
How are tents secured on hard surfaces?
Frame tents and canopies use weights instead of stakes for installation on driveways, patios, or decks. Contact us for specific weighting requirements.
Can tents be connected to structures?
Frame tents can attach to buildings with approval. Stake tents require clearance for ropes and stakes, preventing direct connections.

We reserved a tent and some other items (tables, chairs, dance floor, lights, linens, etc.) from Baker Tent Rental for our wedding back in July. It was AMAZING, the most beautiful set up. We had to change our order of what we needed during the planning process several times, and they were SO helpful and understanding every time we changed things around. These are a few pictures of our tent and some other items we rented from them...one picture before the ceremony and one after the reception. We were so impressed and absolutely LOVED our tent and rentals from them! We would highly recommend them

Baker Tent and Party Rental was fantastic. We had a unique situation where our event did not have a concrete date, but Baker was ready at a moments notice to help us out with a tent, tables, and linens for 110 guests. Their staff was incredible; they were helpful and efficient while setting up in our work parking lot. The family we hosted the event for was very happy and impressed with the full set up; it was beyond their expectations. A huge thank you to Evelynn and Brian for working with us so quickly and efficiently.

The rentals were exactly as described and perfect for our event, of course we had to leave right away for our honeymoon and left the clean up to some family. When Baker found out that the return would be difficult because of some family health issues they volunteered to pick up for free, and we cannot thank them enough.

First time renting from them and will not do it again. They delivered my order but incorrect count and I was left to deal with a lot less chairs than I ordered and paid for 30 min before the event. Customer service is very poor, got defensive and did not want to acknowledge the mistake. Also could not rectify the damage and inconvenience this caused me.

I highly recommend Baker Rental! They let me borrow a chair cover to make sure it would fit our chairs before renting! They were great to work with and I would definitely go back for my rental needs!
