Established in 1994, we are an FAA Part 145 certified aircraft repair station, who is engaged in the maintenance, preventive maintenance, inspection and alteration of aircraft. We also hold certifications in EASA, DCA, DGAC, MLTM, TCCA, JCAB and CAA.

With an organic love for aviation, Everett Arinwine took his very first pilot's lesson at the age of 18. Not long after, Everett began his career providing aircraft maintenance services with well-known airline companies such as Western Airlines, US Airways, and Federal Express to name a few.
Recognizing the importance of fast, efficient and quality aircraft maintenance, and armed with a clear vision for the future of aviation, Everett utilized his education, experience and love for airplanes and founded F&E Aircraft Maintenance Services in 1994 at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
