Valley Wellness Center was established in 2017 as a primary care practice. Our goal is to be a one stop location for all of your primary care, family practice, chiropractic, and suboxone treatment needs. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our patients. Our providers seek to establish a long-term trusting relationship with our patients.

We are proud to have Dr. Gary L. Wagoner, DC, MUAC as our lead chiropractic provider at Valley Wellness Center. Dr. Wagoner takes a multidisciplinary and holistic approach when it comes to treating his patients. Understanding that each person's situation is unique, he never offers a one-size-fits-all treatment when it comes to pain management.
Suboxone

Suboxone treatment can be the difference between life and death for someone struggling with opioid addiction. Many opioid addiction treatment options exist, but Suboxone was one of the first made available for patients in an outpatient doctor's office setting. The medical providers leading our Phoenix Suboxone program are SAMHSA certified to prescribe Suboxone to treat opioid addictions.
