Harry was my glass technician. He was knowledgeable, professional, polite. He went above and beyond when replacing my rear windshield. Have 2021 Highlander and it was a unique situation but Harry made it happen and got window replaced and all broken glass removed. He made sure everything was correct and done to my liking. I can tell he is good quality people. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needed glass replaced.
