We want to renovate and add to the house we already love. Also, we really need to update the 'house by the pool' because we love to entertain there. We have major wetlands constraints and will need to abandon our existing house. The new house needs to be modern and we have to capitalize on the amazing views of the water.

North Sea Harbor House

A family approached our office to design a contemporary Cape Cod style house. We worked closely with the owners who were committed to detail and well versed in traditional American architecture. Due to the nature of the property, we performed acoustic and view studies to develop the layout of the house.
Northwest Landing House

This is one of our earliest projects. As a freshly licensed architect, Zac was eager to work closely with the homeowners to develop their dream shingle style home. Early on, the family told Zac they wanted a roof deck but wanted to be certain that the views would be worth it.
Since they were working with an empty lot, Zac took the initiative and climbed a tree in the approximate location of the proposed roof deck to capture photographs of the bays and harbor beyond.This was critical to the client decision on the roof deck location and orientation. Zac's approach to making a personal investment in client needs set the precedent for our design team.
