I don't do meal planning. However, I do nutrition coaching in which I pretty much audit your eating habits and suggest adjustments accordingly. We are a private studio and honor privacy during your session, it will just be you and your client. We offer towel and water bottle service, as well as a variety of disinfectant and cleaning products to keep the gym clean for everyone to enjoy.
