Initial Visit
Report
In order to meet our own high expectations for your care, we work diligently to prepare for your visit. This includes making sure we have all the information we need to better assist you. At the time of scheduling we ask that you have your insurance information ready. This enables us to obtain a complete benefit breakdown and better explain any insurance questions you may have.
Routine Care
Report
Routine dental visits are essential for your overall health. Regular oral exams allow us to check the teeth to monitor the progress of previous conditions and diagnose new conditions. In addition, exams are a cost-effective way to prevent the necessity of more invasive treatment in the future. Preventive care is imperative in order to maintain any dental work you may have including (but not limited to): fillings, crowns, and implants.
Gum Treatment
Report
Gum disease affects nearly half of all adults in the United States. Early stages of gum disease are presented as gingivitis, which is essentially inflammation and/or bleeding of the gums. Inflammation can be alleviated through regular dental visits and good home care. However, if gingivitis is left untreated, it will eventually advance to a more serious condition, called periodontitis, for which there is no cure.
Dentistry for Children
Report
It is important to brush your child's teeth with water in the morning and especially at night. Additionally, children should not be put to bed with bottles because this habit will cause tooth decay. Children should come in at least every six months for dental check-ups and cleanings. It is important to brush twice a day (morning and night).
