Upon arrival of your home and during an inspection of carpeted areas to be cleaned, we use a high powered UV Black light. This helps us find the areas to concentrate on and areas to be treated with our pet urine stain and odor remover. If the padding has been saturated use of our water claw may be needed to flush under the carpet backing to prevent large spills or large urine stains from resurfacing.

At Suds Up we carefully prepare your home or office for cleaning by moving small items off the floor, placing covers on floors we need to walk on to get to the rooms being cleaned, place corner guards to protect your walls and baseboards.

Pet Urine Removal is not something we suggest you try and do on your own. Many times homeowner over wet the spot causing it to seep into the padding making the situations much worse then it was. Rental machines or machines you can purchase do not have the powerful suction to extract from deep within the carpet fibers or the heat needed to kill the bacteria.
Tile Cleaning

The tile and grout is sprayed with tile cleaning solution. Next, we work in our grout cleaning solution and scrub with a nylon tile brush and allow for plenty of dwell time to help breakup any build up in the grout lines. The surfaces of your tile and grout are porous and even with regular routine mopping etc. all the dirt is never completely removed.
