The staff is very professional from the receptionist Colleen who is very helpful with insurance needs and takes her time with you. Ida is the best hygienist ever she always makes teeth cleaning pleasant. Tiffany is nice and took her time with me when replacing my caps. Dr. Gordon is amazing he is very thorough and explains procedures and takes his time with answering any questions you have. I would highly recommend Roxborough Dental.

Going to the dentist is not really something you wake up excited to do. Especially now days with COVID-19... i got there today and was pleasantly surprised to see the most professional, friendly, organized and clean dentistry office! The staff was amazing! Thank you all very much for taking such great care of me. It will not be too bad next year. 😉🦷

I decided to come here this morning after a bit-great experience at another dentistry nearby. First of all, the office is super cute. The staff is very friendly and welcoming with everyone introducing themselves. I had a wonderful experience here! While they were cleaning they explained what they were doing and walked me through it the whole time. This was the best cleaning I have ever had and I am now a long time patient! Thank you for making this an awesome experience!!

They quoted me one price for a crown. I thought it was great, got the crown and paid and went on my way. Now, they’re sending me letters (to the wrong address at first) saying I owe them more money. No explanation at all, looks like something typed up in Excel by a 7th grader. The whole office is completely disorganized. Stay far away!

I’ve been here several times over the past few months and have had great experiences. Dr. Ha has been very informative, and takes the time to show pictures of your teeth/gums, explains procedures, and answer questions. Even though the office is always super busy, I’ve never left feeling like I didn’t have information or like I was left… unattended. Colleen is also great and always makes sure I have a dental plan, with pricing up front. As a patient who has experienced tremendous dental anxiety in the past, I can confidently state that Dr Ha and the staff at Roxborough Family Dental have made such a difference in starting to alleviate my issues. They go above and beyond to make sure I"m comfortable at all points during the treatment and to be sure I have a solid understanding of the procedures and what to expect.
