Hello, we're Open Nest, a carefully curated collection of vacation homes in and around Pacific City, Oregon. We are locals who pushed down roots in Pacific City over 20 years ago, and we instantly loved this place so much that we wanted to share it with others too. One by one we set out to find owners with unique homes that often sat vacant and that vacationers would feel privileged to rent.

Not everyone is lucky enough to own a vacation home. But those who do know it's a very personal experience that can take years to get everything just exactly right. Your home is a reflection of you and the things you hold dear-if only you could spend more time wrapping yourself in its warm comfort.

Deposit: We will collect 50% of the total amount of your reservation at the time of booking. The remaining amount due will be collected 2 days before your arrival, along with any additional security authorization. In the event the home of your choice is not available due to maintenance or other like instances, we reserve the right to move your reservation to a comparable home.
