Building Demolition
Klumm Bros provides complete residential and commercial building demolition services. Our experienced crews use specialized equipment to safely remove structures while adhering to all safety regulations. We handle permit acquisition, site preparation, and debris removal, ensuring clean, ready-to-develop spaces for clients across Northwest Ohio.
Concrete Crushing
Our concrete crushing services transform demolition debris into reusable materials. Using advanced crushing equipment, we process concrete on-site to create recycled aggregates for new construction projects. This eco-friendly approach reduces landfill waste while providing cost-effective materials for road bases, landscaping, and construction fill applications.
Roll Off Dumpsters
We offer roll-off dumpster rentals in multiple sizes (10-40 yards) for residential cleanouts, construction projects, and commercial waste management. Our containers accommodate various waste types including construction debris, household junk, and yard waste. Competitive pricing includes delivery, pickup, and disposal fees with flexible rental periods.
Excavation Services
Klumm Bros delivers comprehensive excavation services for land development projects. Our capabilities include grading, trenching, and site clearing using modern machinery operated by skilled technicians. We prepare construction sites for new developments while implementing erosion control measures to protect surrounding environments during the excavation process.
Hydroseeding
Our hydroseeding service provides rapid vegetation establishment for post-construction sites. We apply a nutrient-rich slurry containing premium grass seeds and mulch to promote healthy growth on graded lots, athletic fields, and erosion-prone areas. This cost-effective method creates durable ground cover faster than traditional seeding techniques.

I had a different trash services for 9 years. In the last couple years I had pricing and customer service issues and have been VERY unhappy with their services. I called Klumm Bros. to get a new trash service. I spoke with Miguel who went above and beyond to help me set up my new service. My trash can was delivered the same day I called. I wish the pricing was a little cheaper regarding recycling, but I am more than happy to support a local business with excellent customer service!
